we KNOW you'll need them, so we've included them as standard, so you don't need to worry.
Hopefully you'll see we don't, make exaggerated claims, instead we seek to demonstrate exactly what goes into our products; the external bodies that check our quality; and answer your fears before you purchase new windows, allowing you to make a decision you are comfortable with, once you are totally happy they are the most appropriate sash windows for your project.
