As the MD and joint owner of this family business with my wife, I'm very proud that masterframe has grown to become the UK's leading sash window producer. More importantly having been involved in the industry since 1972 with Crittall, Rehau, and a smaller fabrication business before starting masterframe, I'm extremely fortunate to have a great workforce, most of which have 5 years service, many with 10 years and 3 with 15 years service

The company values honesty above all else and expects it from every employee every moment of the day. I know our employees deliver their very best efforts and on the odd occasion when something doesn't run to plan they have the courage to say so, and then endeavour to rectify it without fuss

Our products are renowned for their quality. Each has been independently tested by the BBA, we are ISO quality assured, we have the UK's first (and only) Energy Efficient sash window EST. recommended, we are member of the GGF and FENSA registered, and aim to keep the delivery promises of our clients to their customer, however the buck stops with me.
