Finding an Installer

Firstly masterframe does not offer a fitting service. Due to the logistics of dealing with subcontract fitters, we feel its better to stick with what we are good at - manufacture, focusing every ounce of effort on developing and improving sash windows.

As a trade producer we are happy to supply windows direct to you and offer you advice about fitting. To comply with the latest Regulations, fitters will need to be FENSA registered or accept responsibility for compliance with Doc L.

Trust mark is a new government imitative to promote good practice. We do recommend you consider a GGF registered company, why? because should you ever have the misfortune of having a company cease trading whilst you are employing them, you'll be covered by the GGF contingency fund, additionally they require two years financial results prior to considering membership, so there's a better chance they'll be able to meet the commitments.

Additionally there's a new web site called ACP or a clear perspective that allows you the chance to rate and compare the services offered by window installers.

Alternatively you may wish to recommend a local company who have been trained by Masterframe who will undertake the removal, supply and installation work for you.
