Whether your project is self-build or you’re a national PLC, sash windows increase the perceived value of your new home. Choose from beautiful sash windows – either bespoke designs or value-engineered solutions.

Building a new home for yourself you get to choose lots of lovely products. The only issue is that the budget never stretches far enough; there are too many nice things to spend your money on. How do you decide the must haves from the just can’t affords?

Well the structure has to be sound. Changing the tiling or painting a room a different colour can be done afterwards if you are unhappy, but changing your windows isn’t going to happen. So it’s well worth spending some time finding out about your options so that you’re happy with your window decision while you live there.

Building new homes for clients can be difficult at the best of times; they want the best windows for the cheapest price. That’s human nature – nobody is going to pay more than something is worth.

However it’s the little things that make a big difference when you are selling properties. Door finishes in the kitchen, tiles in the bathroom, surround sound and electronics all help properties sell more easily.

Look closely at the show homes of many new estates and you’ll see they have sash windows. Those next to them have sash windows at the front and homes at the back of the estate have bog standard casements.

However, plant on bars, wood white foil and continuous horns ooze charm and character, and don’t cost the earth. As sash window specialists (they are the only product we make) you can chose any number of window styles, designs and product ranges to make selling your properties easier.

Our Vintage Collection, with Timberweld® joints, grained foil to look like wood, deep bottom rails, deep cill and exclusive furniture really makes homes look beautiful. Our other ranges of provide a number of choices.

Our Authentic range has been value engineered for the new build market but still comes CE marked and A rated as standard.

When contractors look closely at our products they’re often surprised by the components we use and detail that’s now available in PVC-U:

  • white wood foil instead of shiny white plastic
  • continuous horns over plastic bolt on extras
  • Timberweld® wood effect joints
  • real-feel, three dimensional plant on Georgian bars to create shadow lines, rather than artificial, two-dimensional canes between glass.

All our products are BBA approved and manufactured to ISO quality standards. All our products are CE marked, A, B or C-rated, Energy Efficient and, if requested, Secured by Design – the Police preferred programme.

As specialists, we're able to produce just about any sash window feature. All we ask is that you give us a detailed specification so we can build each window to your precise requirements.
