Covid-19 action plan and cover

During the past few weeks, like the rest of the country, we have been monitoring the daily changes relating to Covid-19. The last statement we made was that we have a 4 week order book, and we said that it would be business as usual and that we would keep you updated as the situation changed.
Unfortunately, since the government’s announcement last evening (23rd March 2020), virtually all of our key suppliers have closed their businesses today or will be doing so from Friday. Therefore we will be unable to obtain the profile, glass or components needed to make your windows. Despite having work to make, without a supply chain, we are unable to sustain production. This will mean that we will presently be unable to complete your order until we return to work and unable to undertake site visits.
It is with regret, therefore, that the Directors have taken the very difficult decision to temporarily close our facilities from 2.30 pm on Friday 27 March 2020 for 3 weeks until April 23rd at the earliest. There will be a skeleton staff working from home to help you and support the business during this closure.
