The Directors and team at Masterframe are delighted that Jack Dearsley has been promoted to Processor Trainee Manager.
Jack, a straight ‘A’ student during his formative years, has certainly earned his stripes. He joined the company in 2012 as a ‘runner’ assisting Accounts, Production, Sales and Admin before moving on to Production Office Assistant in February 2013.
When Jack moved into the Sales Office in June 2014 to handle processing, he quickly became a highly regarded and efficient member of the team and in the same year won Employee of the Year elected by his peers. He also received the following testimonial from David Auston at UK Trade Windows who was clearly impressed with his service. “Since dealing with Jack I have been left thinking that I wish he lived closer to UK Trade Windows Ltd so we could head hunt him for a role within our Company. He always manages to find a solution to help our customers where necessary and if it’s not what we want to hear he will always sooth us with a compromise. Thank you Jack you represent Masterframe with the Highest of Company values and Customer service that’s second to none. I would like to think a pay rise may occur on the strength of my words if not we could always talk about relocating south of the Water”
Carol Slade, Sales & Operations Director says “Jack is a real asset to the Sales Division and to the company as a whole. With his expert knowledge of our products, services and production systems he has become a confident participant at our daily meetings and a valuable point of contact for our customers. Jack is more than ready to move to the next level in his career at Masterframe and we wish him all the best with his new appointment”.
On the personal front, Jack is a car and motor bike enthusiast and his idea of a great day off is working on his prized BMW. He is also an up and coming golfer and enjoys camping holidays with his family.
