With sales of Masterframe sash windows up 40% on this time last year, it seems that our customers not only see but appreciate the extra quality we build in to our windows, as excellent value for money. Even at this time of year.
When it comes to sash windows, we are real specialists, unlike every other company we dont make anything else, just PVCu sliding sash windows. We pioneer the product and it's development with several patents for exclusive features, that's why we consider ourselves the best in the business.
In terms of quality, we belive Masterframe has the edge, with exclusive components, bespoke profiles and real attaention to detail, our products stand up to any comparison and against any competition.
Constantly launching new products, researching new materials and improving the features that make plastic sash windows look, feel and function just like timber sashes we also prioritise customer service and satisfaction,
We dont believe in cutting corners, comodity pricing for bog standard products, that have to be the cheapest for any one to buy them. In our experience, most installers wish to provide quality products that they are proud to install for their clients, who in turn are delighted with the installation. Sure they'll want to be competitive, they want to make a good margin but it is intersting just how much higher clients value good quality windows when higher prices are explained and justified.
