All staff are fully trained and directly employed, we do not subcontract any of the installation work and for a number of years now P&P Glass has operated a fully funded apprentice and training scheme. Installation trainees attend college for a minimum of two years to achieve a level 2 NVQ trade certification and qualification in carpentry and joinery. Our aim is to ensure that our workforce is skilled and motivated to provide the highest levels of customer service and craftsmanship.
