Our Colours

Welcome to the wonderful world of colour. Our sash windows are all available to you in a choice of colours to suit your own individual décor and we will colour match to all leading brand paint supplier palettes.

Our in-house paint plant significantly enhances both the service we provide to our customers and the quality of our finished products. By having the paint process in-house, we gain greater control over quality and lead times, enabling faster turnaround and more flexibility over fulfilment to meet specific customer needs, all to the highest of standards.

The paint plant allows for precise colour matching, optimized paint application, and a carefully controlled environment, all of which contribute to a superior, more consistent, and higher-quality finish.

Two Part Paint Process

For enhanced durability, a two part paint, which is a combination of colour pigments supported in a mix of polyurethane resin and a hardener is used in the plant. This is far more durable than water based paint.

The paint is more than a surface covering and with correct preparation and application, the solvents within the product allow for the paint to bond to the surface molecules of the composite material rather than just sticking to the surface. This bonding process makes for a far more long term adhesion.

Clear Lacquer As Standard

In marine and coastal environments, salt corrosion must always be considered, however we apply a durable clear lacquer on all paint finishes to protect the paint from UV and pollutants, regardless of exposure to ensure that the risk of any visible signs of aging is reduced.

In addition, this two part lacquer is mixed with a greater percentage of hardener than the paint itself, making it a more durable, hardwearing surface, especially important for sliding sash windows and allowing our company to continue to provide the 12 year guarantee with complete peace of mind.
