‘I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE ENGINEERS THAT VISITED’ – CUSTOMER TESTIMONIAL

2022 got off to the perfect start for Masterframe when a lovely testimonial dropped into our email inbox that highlighted our excellent customer services as well as the quality of our product.

When a customer was experiencing some draft issues, the Masterframe team stepped up to deliver an excellent service which resulted in the below feedback.

I wanted to provide an update on the wind draft that I was experiencing with my sash windows.  I wanted to wait and see what the draft would be like through the winter, before contacting you again.  

After the installation of the deeper pile in November, it appears that 90% of all drafts have been removed and I can confirm that I am very satisfied with the end result.  

I also wanted to say that I was impressed with both engineers that visited, the first to assess the issue and the second to install the new deeper pile – please pass on my thanks to both of them
